LEGAL DEPARTMENT
Navigating the legal aspects of professional sports can be complex and challenging. Our legal department composed of experienced lawyers who specialise in sports law, plays an important role in ensuring that our clients are protected and their rights are upheld. We will provide guidance on various aspects of personal and financial management, including tax and estate planning, and can help our clients protect their assets and plan for their future.

Our team, consisting of former coaches and athletes, is in contact with universities including NCAA, Ivy League, NAIA, NJCAA, and CCCAA.

THE PEOPLE BEHIND
Dani Bigas
COO & Technical Director
Once a player for FCB and co-founder of BCN PRO, Dani’s career in football spans over three decades. He joined the Spanish giant at the young age of 18 playing alongside iconic figures like Carles Puyol and later transitioned into the role of technical director for renowned academies such as FCB and PAOK FC. His vast experience, network, and deep knowledge of the sport make him a true expert, embodying the pinnacle of expertise and passion for the game.
Juan M. Mena
Head of US Division
Juan Manuel, fondly referred to as “Mena”, has forged a remarkable career closely entwined with FCB for nearly 20 years. His contributions have been instrumental in the club’s expansion into the United States. Serving as a guiding hand, he nurtured and shaped some of the talents of the country.
Mena’s knowledge and expertise in the beautiful game, particularly within the realm of US soccer, make him a pillar within the BCN PRO Agency.
